Zunächst einmal möchte ich konstatieren, dass ich unsere Zusammenarbeit im zurückliegenden Projektteil nicht nur subjektiv als sehr erfolgreich empfinde, sondern dass auch der Kunde sehr zufrieden mit unserer bisherigen Arbeit ist. Im heutigen Gespräch wurde das nochmal verbal und mit der Weiterbeauftragung für das kommende Jahr unterstrichen. Und ich denke, es ist nur fair zu sagen, dass ein erheblicher Anteil an diesem Projekterfolg Dir gebührt. Ich fand, dass gerade wir beide uns da sehr gut ergänzt haben. Konkret habe ich in unserer Zusammenarbeit sehr geschätzt, dass Du trotz oder gerade wegen Deiner großen fachlichen Kompetenz konstruktiv und sehr offen für Input und Feedback bist. Dass du so proaktiv bist, hat allen oder auch mich öfter mal aus einer aufkeimenden Lethargie gerettet. Zudem hast Du eine sehr direkte, offene Art und nimmst ungern ein Blatt vor den Mund.
Zuguterletzt das Wichtigste: Mir hat es persönlich sehr großen Spaß gemacht, die vergangenen 7 Monate mit Dir im Team an diesem Projekt zu arbeiten.

Du hast immer nachgefragt, wenn etwas unklar war und so viel zur Klärung beigetragen, offen, proaktiv. Was ich besonders gut fand, dass du in den Meetings nachgefragt hast, wenn etwas unklar war. Auch die Leute direkt angesprochen. Sehr positiv und erfrischend. Freue mich auf die nächste Zusammenarbeit.
